Life DVR

Dear God,

Please send me a life DVR, this baby that you sent me is growing up WAY too fast. I would love to just pause moments and soak them up. Oh and if I could fast forward through the night wakings that would be great too!

Minivan Tales

Okay so on the way home, from what seems to be our daily trip to Wal-mart, I heard this conversation from the back seat:

Big: Mom, why do they put mulch around trees that are in grass?

Me: (thinking) Not sure, you should ask Papa, he knows stuff about trees.

Big: Well I know stuff about trees.

Me: Like what?

Big: Trees help us breathe.

Me: Yep

Big: They make paper.

Little: (said with the attitude that her sister knows nothing) They don't have hands.

Big: Oh, well I know they make wood stuff.

Little: How do you know, have you ever seen them make a table?

Big: Mom, how do trees make wood stuff?

Okay so maybe we or the teachers should have been a little more clear on trees making things, and also maybe she was too young the first time she watched the Wizard of Oz...

Sharing too much

Okay so I decided today that I needed to officially start a blog. The girls just say and do too many hilarious things that I must share and I can only imagine how things will change once the boy finds his niche in this family. Stay posted to see what we're up to. I am sure at times I will share too much and at times wonder what I should post, so consider yourself warned.
